Q: Do you do any custom work on your organic cotton oversized tees?
A: Yes that is possible, we have previously customized our clothing for special events such as birthdays. We can customize it with embroidery and screen printing, please contact us for a quote.
Q: Why is my country not available for shipping?
A: We are working hard to be able to ship worldwide, the current countries we have listed on our website are more on the affordable side. If you would like to ship to your country and do not find your country please contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quote to your country
Q: What is your return and/or refund policy?
A: We do not do refunds and accept returns for now. All clothing and apparel are checked concisely and packed well before leaving for shipping leaving very little room for error. In the event of an error declared to us within 3 days of receiving the apparel, we will offer a store-wide discount. Final decisions rest on FAIVIASH.
Q: Can I cancel and/or change my order
A: We will only be able to provide a store credit should you want to cancel or change your order after purchasing it. Changes are only possible before the order has been processed, after it has been purchased any changes are not possible.
Q: How long will it take for the order to arrive
A: Orders are always processed every Friday unless there are circumstances that occur that are out of our hands i.e natural disasters. To Europe, orders should take 9-18 business days, To Asia orders should take 3-15 business days, everywhere else it would take 9-25 business days. However, we are unable to guarantee since there could be external factors that impact how long our shipping providers take to deliver.
Q: Is it possible to buy in bulk?
A: Yes it's possible to buy bulk organic cotton tees, please get in touch, we are also able to provide custom prints and embroidery
Q: Why can't I order pre-loved clothes from the Hong Kong fundraiser to my country?
A: Currently for the pre-loved clothes, we are able to ship within Hong Kong only. However, if you would like to order multiple, please get in touch and we can see what can be done.
Q: Where do the proceeds go for the pre-loved not-for-profit apparel
A: Our beneficiaries would be our partners such as MindHK, ImpactHK, etc. We do not take any profit from proceeds under that category.
Q: Is FAIVIASH apparel suitable for machine washing?
We recommend handwashing to maintain the quality of your t-shirts. Please note, using a washing machine may pose risks to the garment, and we cannot assume responsibility for any damage that occurs as a result.
